THERAPY SESSIONS

At Resilient Pathway, we provide a range of therapy services to support your mental health and well-being. I offer individual and group sessions that are tailored to your unique needs. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, whether you are struggling with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to.

YOUTH COUNSELLING

I offer specialized counselling services for at-risk youth, including those struggling with addiction, trauma, and mental health issues. We provide a safe and supportive environment where youth can explore their experiences and develop skills for coping and resilience. I am also partnered with community outreach programs, such as Maxwell Mentors Inc. 

BOOKING

We understand that scheduling therapy sessions can be difficult, which is why we offer flexible booking options. You can book your sessions online or by phone. I am powered through Grow Therapy and the booking tab is on the homepage!

At this time, I only offer virtual sessions.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy services offer a supportive and collaborative environment for individuals who share similar experiences or challenges. Group therapy can help you develop a sense of community and belonging, and provide opportunities for learning and growth. This is booked via email only. 

ANGER MANAGEMENT

If you struggle with anger management, our therapists can help you develop strategies to manage your emotions and communicate effectively. We use evidence-based techniques to help you identify the root causes of your anger and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

Our psychotherapy services are designed to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. We use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight into your experiences and develop strategies for personal growth and healing.

COUPLES THERAPY

Healthy relationships require effort and communication, and our couples therapy services can help you and your partner strengthen your connection and resolve conflicts. Our therapists provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and develop skills for effective communication and problem-solving.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy can help you and your loved ones navigate difficult transitions, conflicts, and communication issues. Our therapists provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your family dynamics and develop strategies for healthy relationships.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

In addition to our therapy services, I offer workshops and events that focus on a variety of mental health and wellness topics. These events provide opportunities for learning, connection, and personal growth. Please keep checking for upcoming events.
